Most capital entering Sierra Leone arrives through an introduction and leaves through a dispute. We are built the other way round. SIM Global Limited is a holding company with its own balance sheet, its own compliance obligations and subsidiaries that carry the work after the deal is signed. Each venture sits in a separate vehicle with its own licences, accounts and liability — so a partner takes exposure to one asset, not to everything else the group holds.
